This research introduced the system theory of psychological ownership,based on the use of empirical analysis of the staffs' psychological ownership of state-owned enterprises and analysis its relationship with the content of the organizational commitment.In particular,the article bases on the existing literature of theoretical analysis and China's current reality and compiles psychological ownership questionnaire for state-owned enterprise's employee of China.According to the questionnaire data,it explored the psychological ownership of the staff factor structural model.This study further explored the relationship between organizational commitment and psychological ownership of the staff.In this study,the results are as follows:Empirical results demonstrate that staffs' psychological ownership of state-owned enterprises is composed of four public factors.The four public factors are:the right to know,benefits,the right of participation in the management and the right care. Empirical results show that this measurement has a good reliability and validity.The statistic test result showed that there was not significant common method bias in the measurement.Through regression analysis,the overall ownership of the psychological have a significant positive impact on the organizational commitment.At the same time,the total psychological ownership affect the factors of the organizational commitment, which are normative commitment,economic commitment,emotional commitment, commitment to ideals.The one-way ANOVA showed that psychological ownership of the staff for the state-owned enterprises have a significant differences in terms of qualifications,job title,length of service and so on.
