Research On Interactive Development Between International Shipping Center And Inland Port

As we know,international shipping center which takes the port as the main processing platform is the integrated function localization of city,so the competition between the international shipping centers is actually the competition between the ports,but with the construction of inland container yard,the competition between the coastal portss is more and more intense,how to get a broader economic hinterland and the source of goods becomes the matter which the harbor company most pays attention.to.Moreover,the modern port is on the way of a link of supply chain,the competition between the ports is evolving the competitions between the supply chain which the ports were involved in.The port was already not an independent spot or the center of the supply chain.but an composition link of supply chain.Operating efficiency of the supply chain depends not only on the level of the port,but also on the operating condition of the links connected with the port.How to find the next highly effective link in the inland area to ensure the smooth flow of the whole supply chain.to attract more sources of goods and import cargoes inland is a problem worthy of study.Inland port just is the so-called "the next highly effective link".But just founding this link also does not solve the real underlying problem,how to do a good job in the interactive development between them is the key oto the key problem.Against the above background,from the mechanism of the interactive development between the international shipping center and the inland port,this paper analysed the effections which the interaction brought,and then did the empirical research by building quantitative model,and finally proposed several countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote,positive interactive development between them this paper's research content had an important theoretical value and practical significance on accelerating healthy development of the port,strengthening its international competitiveness,speeding the development towards the fourth generation port and confirm on its status as an international shipping center,and then proposing better service for national economic and social development.
