| Industrial cluster as a world-wide economic phenomenon, has developed into an important force to promote the region economic development. In the last 10 years, Chinese Electrical Appliances have already formed three big industrial cluster in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and the cricum-Bohai zone. They have formed the huge industrial agglomeration effect. With the acceleration of industrial shift and the change of industrial division of labor, the competitive power of the three big industrial cluster reduce gradually because of the increase of artificial cost and the weakening of industrial upstream and downstream resources necessary ability. This article expounded industrial cluster concept and theory in the first, and on the base of evaluating the character of the electronics industry in our country, the next part researches the present situation and discusses the cricum-Bohai zone impact on the electronics industry. Through a quantitative model to analyze, the root of the problem and solution has found. Tough studying, it is founded that the electric industrial cluster of the cricum-Bohai zone has formatted the situation of cluster, and the elements of cluster connect each other and the competitive advantage of location.
