World market is a large treasury which is instinct with opportunities and challenges. Chinese enterprise must expand world market with the whole world in view as it has held home market. Only thus can Chinese enterprise live and get the developing space in the violent market competition.The marketing capability has become one of the core advantages of competition in the world market. Marketing strategy is directly related with the survival and development of the enterprise. Facing to great commercial opportunities and challenges, only scientific and objective analysis the dominance and inferior of strategies, solve the problems timely, can it make a long term growth development.This article focuses on the international marketing strategy of Gansu Hualing Milk Products Group. By making an in-depth study to its principal product --casein, and other strong points of its products, as well as a deliberate market analysis, some fresh marketing concept and reasonable marketing strategy has been raised by the author. This article started with a brief account of the history of development of Gansu Hualing Corporation Group and its latest achievement. And then, based on the marketing analysis, it conducted a scientific research on how to formulate its marketing tactics and forwarded an intensive marketing strategy which contains the following effective measures, such as products development, market penetration, further exploration to the market, strategic selection for the target markets. Furthermore, it also raised the goal of market-oriented products featuring the characteristics of green, high-quality, and high-technology. In addition to making use of the established and conventional marketing theory, this article detailed its perceptions to the levels of decision-making and even managerial tactics and introduced some new conceptions with regard to marketing and selling, which appears to be feasible and advanced in practice, such as brand effect, marketing via internet, marketing through database and relations and so on. Lastly, for the purpose of the implementation of the above-mentioned marketing strategies and newly-introduced marketing concepts, the emphasis has been put onto taking action to achieve the final goals which involves the relevant marketing plans, executive organizations, job rating and so on. At the same time, it has raised the issue on how to implement marketing strategy and the measures of management.
