The research focuses on technology innovation, researching on the interactive effect between motivation orientation and innovative climate on innovative behavior. It will discuss all independent variables'relativity and the interactive effect between motivation orientation and innovative climate on innovative behavior.Scholars did researches only on intrinsic motivation or extrinsic motivation to discuss its relationship with innovative behavior (including creation and innovation), they did not consider both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Meanwhile, past researches often used creation and innovation alternately. But to the organizations, creation is not effective, innovation is. Such as the research showed by Han,Kim and Srivastava(1998), innovation can forecast the organizational performance indexes effectively. Innovative behavior in this research means a innovative activity in multiple process.Through the research on interactive effect between motivation orientation and organizational innovative climate on employee innovative behavior, interactive effect between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee innovative behavior, which can promote the employee's innovative behavior and forecast the performance of organization better.The research uses questionnaire method, getting the data to support the opinion. Because of focusing on technology innovation, IT companies are selected, such as IBM, SAP, OCM, Volkswagen (sh.), etc. It selects the members from produce department, technology department, and R&D department, finding out the employees'technological innovation performance, which showed the employees in the foreign companies are easier to innovate than that in the domestic companies; the employees work 3-5 years are more innovative than 1-2 years.The research reveals the correlation between motivation orientation and innovative behavior, between innovative climate and innovative behavior. Also, it showed interactive effect between motivation orientation and organizational innovative climate on employee innovative behavior, and interactive effect between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee innovative behavior.The research is more useful and meaning to the management field in the real life.
