Based on the domestic and international logistics management theory and BPR theory, combining with the actual situation of XX group,by using correlation analysis and empirical analysis,as well as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper described XX group's pharmaceutical sales logistics organization structure and process.Activity-based cost analysis(ABC) was used to analyze the problems in sales logistics flow,such as the value-added activities and unnecessary activities.Based on the research,author designed XX group pharmaceutical sales logistics process reengineering scheme,and the organizational structure and process reengineering. This paper mainly contains the following several aspects:(1) The paper analyzed process management and BPR theory systematically,summarized the function of distribution logistics,basic functions and features of,and some main problems that could be solved by flow distribution logistics management.It also analyzed and summarized methods on process description,process reengineering,process analysis,and errors in process reengineering.(2) By describing and analyzing organizational structure and pharmaceutical sales logistics processes of XX group,some problems were found.The main problems of organizational structure were that the department set up was bad for information communication,which caused branch warehouses' repetitive construction of warehouse,high inventory level,and too many receivables,as well as low efficiency in pharmaceutical sales logistics flow.The main problem in pharmaceutical sales logistics flow was the out-dated information construction,which wasted time in passing notes, and influenced logistics flow speed and quality.At the same time,this paper summarized the XX group BPR.(3) XX group's pharmaceutical sales logistics process reengineering,fixed its development strategy and strategic objectives on the basis of SWOT analysis of XX group,and established strategic implementation of BPR,including BPR guiding ideology,the choice of tactics,and recreating the steps.This paper drew up the structure and principle of the target,reengineering of BPR,at the same time,the risk is analyzed,and some main measures of risk aversion were put forward.(4) The analysis of pharmaceutical sales logistics process reengineering and rebuilding the effect showed that after reengineering organizational structure and process information communication,XX group's logistics cost saving,sales logistics efficiency and quality,customer satisfaction,the competitive advantages of ascension had remarkable improvement.The main reason for business process reengineering popular is that it can bring fundamental, thoroughly change to the modern competitive environment and changeful industries enterprise,and helps the enterprise get the unexpected result.Business process reengineering is inevitable in the process of enterprise development.While the business process reengineering can bring high income, it may lead to the risk of failure,and the cost of BPR is huge.Through the study,the paper got two points in enterprise application of reengineering:(1)A successful implementation of BPR is important to enterprise management.The successful implementation of process reengineering can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of process,save operating costs and the time,promote enterprise organization structure and reform management mode,enhance enterprise's external adaptability,improve the quality of the staff, increase customer satisfaction,and form the enterprise competitive advantage.(2) Problems in process reengineering process should be noted.Correct understanding for BPR theory and right grasping the reengineering is precondition of success.The understanding and support of core business,participation of staff,the quality of group and scientific panel process reengineering is the guarantee of success.The use of information technology is technical support for successful reengineering;continuous improvement is an important way of reengineering.
