Automobile logistics has been recognized to be most complex, the most specialized physical distribution domain by the international physical distribution colleague. Third party physical distribution enterprise provides the delivery service for the automobile Manufacturing firm and they should solve how to use own resources to develop the physical distribution service well. So that it satisfies the need of the enterprise production and the commodity circulation and reduces the physical distribution cost. Thus it strengthens competitive ability of our country automobile Manufacturing firm and the product in domestic and foreign market. That is one research subject which has the practical significance. The author will conduct the research on transportation resources' scale of the third party physical distribution enterprise under the demand stochastic change environment in the paper.The author will summarize and explained to the full text below four aspects:The first part: The author introduced the paper research background and the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research content, the writing mentality and the paper innovation spots.The author reads the literature of domestic and foreign about the physical distribution, the uncertainty and the resources optimization disposition's literature and makes the summary and the narration. Through reading the literatures of physical distribution, the automobile physical distribution, the third party physical distribution and the third party automobile physical distribution, the author has been clear about object of study for the present paper that is the third party automobile physical distribution enterprise. The author summarizes the uncertainty research technique and the research area as well as the resources deployment method.Based on summarizes of literature, the author discovers the quite weak link of the predecessor and takes for the research area of the present paper. That is the optimized disposition to transportation resources of the third party physical distribution enterprise under the demand indefinite environment.The research techniques are the theoretical analysis and the empirical study, synthesis application of these theory (including random theory, optimized theory and economic theory), the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method.The second part: The author elaborates present paper's correlation theories and provides the argument and the argument for the dissertation.The present paper research's physical distribution is Business Logistics. Its characteristic mainly manifests in two aspects. First, it is the customer request but the customer demand. The supply and demand is the macroeconomics theory concept. Satisfying the customer request is more concrete. Second, it is forward and reverse flowing of the cargo, the service and the related information.The contents of automobile physical distribution are the supply physical distribution, the production physical distribution, the sales physical distribution and the recycling physical distribution. At present the automobile physical distribution enterprise's operation model are mainly the self-management physical distribution pattern and the outsourcing model. And the outsourcing model's operator is the third party physical distribution company. The third party physical distribution enterprise should not engage in key link domain such as the automobile Manufacturing firm's production physical distribution. The third party physical distribution enterprise should engage in the sales physical distribution. The object of present paper is the sales physical distribution.The uncertainty in the present life is common. The uncertainties are mainly from the demand stratification plane, the supplies stratification plane and the manufacture stratification plane. For the third party automobile physical distribution enterprise, it is the demand stratification plane uncertainty which affects importantly. The uncertainty change tendency turns out many kinds. The author mainly considers seasonal change and stochastic change. The uncertainty research techniques are mainly sector mathematical method, fuzzy theory method, probability analysis method at present. The author uses probability analysis method.In the present paper, the author researches on transportation resources of the physical distribution enterprise. The author uses the mathematical model to carry on the optimization to the enterprise transportation resources quantity.The author analyzes in detail seasonal change and random variation in physical distribution enterprise and pointes out the influence. Then the author points out the solution. That is using the model of"innate + rents"to alleviate the influence. Then, how many cars the physical distribution enterprise should have actually? The author solves this question by the establishing mathematical model.The third part: Model establishment and application.Based on theoretical analysis, the author has separately established the cost smallest model and the profit biggest model according to enterprise's different operation objectives, and has given the solution method. Variable of models are mainly the cost, the profit, the probability distribution of vehicles demand as well as the decision variable; The decision variable is the reasonable motorcade quantity which the enterprise should has.Finally the author uses the model in real life. That confirms model validity and usability, also provides the theory instruction for enterprise's operative activity.The fourth part: summarized this dissertation research results.Present paper's research results include: The author has considered the resources optimized disposition under the demand change environment and the optimized model even more tallies with enterprise's actual situation; The author innovatively uses the pattern of "innate + rents"to solve enterprise vehicles idle question; The author has established two kind of optimized models based on the enterprise different time's operation objectives so that models can provide the instruction for more enterprises.The enterprise carries on the optimization the transportation resources' quantity using the optimized model .And it can to a certain extent avoid the enterprise the vehicles idle question which creates because of the demand change. It thus reduces enterprise's cost.
