In our country engineering supervision law systerm has formed basically, and have a bit large scale supeivision people;at the same time quality management have basically mass basement, so we regard that according the characterastic of reilway train ferry, it can be done to find out the quality control model in our country nowedays condition.Then Introducing the model which takes organization and coordination as core into railway train ferry landing stage quality control,we should start with 3 quality minutes goal(working quality, process quality and product quality)as well as 3 control stages(control in advance,control in matter,control afterwards), control major factors that affect quality,crucial process quality and important position,and vigorously use modern management means and contract management, carry out railway train ferry landing stage quality management, we can control the reiway train ferry quality well.Finally we carried out really certificate research for studying project in Yantai-Dalian railway train ferry project, in the process of ferry bridge basement construction, steel bridge construction, electric equipment fixing and ferry passageway trail explanation has gotten better effect with above-mentioned method in the constuction process,ensure to have reached the quality requirement that design file,project technical specification and contract stipulate,and ensure railway train ferry project is permited to use and trial voyage smoothly ,has certain reference meaning for the quality control of the Weihai(China) to Pingze(Kereoa) railway train ferry project which will be built in the near future and the Taiwan passway railway train ferry project in plan.
