Research On The Strategies Of TGC's Citrus Industrial Development Project

TGC Group Co., Ltd, was a major industrialized agricultural enterprise both in Chongqing and China, which was engaged in industrialized orange production development in Three Gorges area. This enterprise was the first one which adopted world-leading technologies and management in developing industrialized orange production, so that the experiences in running its developing program and the strategic thoughts would cause an important effect to the orange production industry in Three Gorges area and the whole industrialized agriculture development.This academic dissertation researched mainly on the orange production industry of TGC Group Co., Ltd. It summarized the international and domestic research results in contracting and developing enterprises strategies, industrialized agriculture and orange production industry firstly; and then analyzed the orange production developing program of TGC Group Co., Ltd,; finally it proposed TGC Group Co., Ltd about Industrialized Orange Production Developing Strategic Objective, Strategic Object, Strategic Measures and Developing Strategic Control and Design.
