| Open Innovation is a hot research domain in recent years. Innovation is the basic element for the development and prosperity of enterprises and even for countries. As one of the most important domains in innovation researching, open innovation has its crucial practical significance. In the background that China is building the national independent innovation system centered on enterprises, open innovation is receiving more and more broad attention, it makes full usage of external innovation resources as well as internal resources, enabling enterprises to break through the bottleneck in their technology innovation activities. Therefore, it is of great importance in the development of both enterprises and the whole nation.This thesis researches open innovation and its risks, describes and develops discussions in the concept of open innovation, through the analysis of intention and characteristics of open innovation, it elaborates the risk elements in enterprises' open innovation activities, including 3 basic risk elements such as marketing risk, technology risk and management risk, and several special risk such as personnel turnover, market, R&D, partner identification, opportunity handling, and collaboration. Based on these, this thesis raises the risk map and risk evolution of open innovation, it evaluates the risks and researches the risk warning system in open innovation. Using a series of qualitative and quantitative analyses, this thesis raises the risk indicator system and models in open innovation, develops the enterprise attitude—personnel idea evaluation model, personnel turnover risk warning process, harm degree of staff leaving model, as well as the enterprise technology importation & exportation evaluation model. In the meanwhile, it suggests several methods in open innovation risk pre-controlling. By conducting research and discuss in enterprises joint early warning, this thesis proposes some procedure and methods in enterprises joint early warning in open innovation. |
