This article, we analyze Chinese situation to make in-depth study on Chinese agricultural insurance mode by micro-and macro-combination methods, Through the pilot survey in different regions of business model of Chinese agricultural insurance and the analysis of current development of Chinese agricultural insurance contradictions, combined with international experience in the development of agricultural insurance and Chinese present situation, We explore the applicability of a variety of agricultural insurance model in China as to the advantages and disadvantages Comparative analysis. Further more, we study the development of Chinese agriculture insurance as a result of building Chinese specialtyof agriculture insurance mode——policy-oriented by the commercial insurancecompanies operating in the agricultural insurance mode.
