In recent years, the rapid development of real estate have, but in the high-speed development of the real estate enterprises are faced with some pressure has also become more evident as the market competition is increasingly intense competition, and the focus has shifted to the resources of customers, customer demand more difficult to grasp, products and marketing means homogenization of serious, high customer complaints. Under such circumstances, how can we in the fierce competition and win customers and win market, and gaining a foothold in the market, has been a pressing issue. Product and technology innovation is no longer able to continue to provide enterprises with competitive advantages, and real estate enterprises is the key to the success of client needs attention and to meet customer demand products and services, customer relationship management in order to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat and customers have recommended. This requires the introduction of the real estate enterprise customer relationship management, establishment of a "customer-centric" management model. Based on the existing domestic and international customer relationship management theory analysis and research, and from other sectors of the CRM implementation on the basis of experience with the real estate industry's own characteristics, the establishment of real estate development enterprise customer relationship management system of theories. Specific studies as follows:This paper summarized the development of customer relationship management background, the definition of the core ideology, system architecture, implementation steps, the implementation of customer relationship management to the existing problems.
