A Theoretical And Empirical Research On Modern Service Industry Chain

Nowadays, China has entered a new development stage when it has been constructing a well-off society and accelerating the modernization of socialism, the 16th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that we should "speed up the development of modern service industry, hence the proportion of the tertiary industry in the national economy." So, we should vigorously develop modern service industry, and make expanding the opening of modern service industry areas as an important content of a wider participation in the international competition and economic globalization. In addition, local governments at all levels has gradually formed a common understanding in practice, it is that if a region wants to achieve sustained and rapid economic growth, it should build a sound industrial chain, regional industry chains promote regional economic development through its own continuous innovation effects, regional brand effects, regional multiplier effects, as well as reducing transaction cost effects.The research on the service industry, the industrial chain abroad from the 20th century has had great progress, but rarely involved the modern service industry, particularly the modern service industry chain, and there are also rare in China. Through the theoretical and empirical research on modern service industry chain, the thesis can provide a theoretical basis for the state and region to develop modern service industry chain.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which has analyzed the research background, significance and the research at home and abroad; the second chapter on the basis of analyzing the connotations and characteristics of modern service industry and its chain, has analyzed the forming and evolution mechanism; the third chapter has expounded the principle of the interaction of the value chain, knowledge chain, risk chain and the merge of the industry chain-cluster; Chapter four has bring up the development mode of modern service industry -industry chain-cluster mode based on industry chain, and carried on the research on its realization way; Chapter five through the empirical analysis of modern service industry chain in Wuchang District of Wuhan City, has demonstrated the theory and views in the thesis; chapter six, the summary of the thesis and the research outlook, has put forward the conclusion and the defect of the thesis, forecasted the research trend in the future.Through the theoretical and empirical analysis, this thesis comes to the following conclusions, first, in the forming process of the modern service industry chain , there exists dynamics positive feedback loop which make related industries join into the chain; Second, the modern service industry chain is similar as the biological community, through constructing a evolutionary game model of enterprises' cooperation and innovation in the modern service industry chain, expounds evolution mechanism; Third, the value chain, knowledge chain, risk chain in modern service industry chain interacts; Four, the "industry chain-cluster" mode is upgraded from industry clusters, it exists a self-optimizing internal mechanism.The main innovation points of this thesis involve: First, making use of the basic theory of value chain, risk chain, knowledge chain, has bring up "value chain - knowledge chain -risk chain" interaction principle of the modern service industry chain; Second, making use of management and economics theory, has bring up the merge principle of industry chain-cluster of the modern service industry chain.
