China Private Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation Study

Along with the development of reform and open-up,private economy is Becoming an important part of socialism market economy. The private enterprises which are dominant of private economy .take an important role in increasing jobs,accelerating society ,motivating international trade. The sustainable growth of the private enterprises is not only the same aim for private entrepreneurs,but also themicroeconomic basis of the macroeconomic stably running.However,the authority of the National Development and Reform Commission show that private enterprises' average life is 3.5 years. It is a firm connection with the weakness of competency. So far,there is not a scientific solution to define enterprise competency and use quantified model to evaluation.In the face of complex environment,private enterprises how to create a breakthrough business growth limits of life based on the characteristics of self-development,maintain and develop the environment and match the dynamic competitiveness and sustainable growth,which is a very important practical significance of the issue. This article research from the domestic to the practice of advanced theoretical basis,from the introduction of a corporate perspective on sustainable development,the competitiveness of private enterprises to solve the evaluation index system and evaluation methods in order to explore the competitiveness of private enterprises based on the evolution of sustainable growth.This paper is trying to discuss aforementioned problems as following. First of all,through the literature review on the competitiveness of enterprises at home and abroad about the theory and evaluation research,and on this basis,analyse the competitiveness of enterprises and an important role for sustainable development.Second,build a private enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system,Its system is divided into an internal system to coordinate and integrate the system inside and outside the ability of the two systems,including technology-driven,product competitiveness,market power policy,security management,capital support and strategic guidance power,the appeal of the brand,public relations co-ordination power Eight categories. To adopt the basic analysis,principal component analysis AHP analysis and indicators to determine the weight.Finally,the paper analysed the inner and external factors in enterprise competence and put forword interrelated measures.The establishment of the evaluation competitiveness index system of private enterprises and study the calculation of competitiveness of private enterprises are with a certain degree of theoretical and practical significance on the current development of private enterprises. In this paper,to be relevant to this issue to do in order to achieve the following objectives.(1)focusing on the development of private enterprises competitive,to research the the basis of the theory about competitiveness of private enterprises and evaluation.(2)for private enterprises operating environment,finding the competitiveness of private enterprises to explore the evaluation index system and evaluation methods.(3)for the operation of private enterprises in the competitive evaluation,proposed to promote the competitiveness of private enterprises to evaluate the specific ways and means for private enterprises to draw on.
