With a long industrial chain and high correlation degree, pharmacy is one of the most important industries that matter national economy and people's life. In our country, the pharmacy industry has been developing in a very slow speed for a long period, thus there are great laggings in the aspects of technology, R&D and capital, compared with developed countries. However, the Indian Model holds that industrial upgrading will come true through utilizing its own superiorities, so we can take it as a reference to catch up with other countries. Nowadays, the environment of medicine market is always changing. For undeveloped countries, that will bring new chances, and challenges as well. Therefore, opportunity recognition is of key importance. In the disruptive-tech frame of Christensen, this paper carries out a research on the development of pharmacy industry and analyzes the chance of disruptive innovation which is brought by consumers, non-consumers, corporate strategy and the change of non-market factor. Looking into the changes, it's showed that low-end damage based on low cost will be no longer appropriate for newcomers. As the only medical sub-sectors which has intellectual property rights of our country, Chinese medicine attracts widely attention, featured in its complementarity to Western medicine. Concerning Guangdong province which has comparative advantage in R&D and producing, Chinese medicine is a breakthrough in the new-market destruction. What's more, destructive technology starts its business in new value before getting into the established system. In this research, based on the study of Artemisinin and Compound Salvia Pellet, the writer holds that destructive innovation of pharmacy industry should pay more attention to technical progress, as well as the innovation of market strategy.
