| Ports are important junctions and nodes for sea and overland transportation and logistics distribution centers in large scale as well. With the ever-expediting integration of the global economy today, it will produce positive effects on development of the economy in our country to strengthen the construction of modern and comprehensive logistics system. So far, in spite of development on port logistics to some extent, there still exist some problems in process of its development. In light of above, the thesis proposes countermeasures and advises for development of ports in China by studying and evaluating of development level of port logistics and investigating ports logistics performance under logistics environment.Firstly, the thesis introduces evolvement of port logistics and then the development characteristics and the advanced experience proceeding from the status quo and development mode of port logistics of typical ports over the world. Then we define each components, characteristics, connotations and functions of port logistics and illustrate the inter-relations among the subsystems of port logistics based on the theory of system analysis. And by employing system evaluating method, combining characteristics of port logistics, we construct evaluating index system on comprehensive development level of port logistics and establish system evaluating mode of port logistics development level. Finally, using this model, the thesis selects major ports along China's coastline as research objects, makes a synthetic quantitative evaluation with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive judgment methods, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages and ranking orders in developing port logistics. Based on analysis of above, we bring forth some constructive suggestions for development of port logistics in future for reference of development of port logistics in other ports of China. |
