Comprehensive Researches On Reuse Of Urban Abandoned Industrial Land In Handan City

As the change of enterprise structure and land structure, the urban abandoned industrial land of Handan appeared with the new techniques and transforming forms. It is an issue confronted to every city to how to deal with and reuse the abandoned land scientifically and reasonably. It will be a great opportunity for the urban development as a result of improving the managed development of enterprise, resource, environment and culture, meanwhile, solving the contradiction of urban development with the fast urbanization and economic development.This paper comprehensively researches on urban abandoned industrial land and reuses in three parts:Firstly, theoretical research. This paper offers solution and managed measuresat the basic of analysis on theory and reality of domestic and foreign urban abandoned industrial land reused experience, combined with analysis of the reason of abandoned industrial land and its problem and value of reuse of the abandoned land.Secondly, sample studying. This paper compares and analyzes domestic and foreign industrial abandoned land, such as British Tate Modern, Future Exploration Hall of shanghai WEO, reuse of German Ruhr industrial area and Qijiang park of Zhongshan city, which gives valuable references of the reuse of Handan abandoned industrial land.Last, this paper researches on the managed model on urban abandoned industrial land in Handan in order to offer some references for the reuse of abandoned industrial land in Handan.
