Analysis On Present Situation And Study On Rational Utilization Of County Territory Land

With the development of economy and the population, urbanization and industrialization grows faster, which leads a rising contradiction between increasing demands for land resources and its limitation in quantities and scarcity in economy supplies. All above results in a array of problems of resources and environment. Environment and sustainable development becomes the focus of attention all over the world. All these are relevant to the land. Faced with severe situation, it is inevasible to tighten control over land utilization, where we should investigate rational use and make related policy.The article takes the case of Juye county town in Shandong province for example. We make the land of county town an integrated system according to system theory. Land's quality characteristic and current situation of utilization have been investigated and studied, respectively, in building land, agricultural land and unused land in response to the fundamental principles and requirements on rational land utilization. Based on the strategy of sustainable development and ecology theory, we have researched the current situation and the existing problems in land, thereafter, put forward several operable and concrete solutions, providing foundations on plans and decision-making for the assumption of realizing sustainable and ecological utilization in land.The whole article is divided into six segments. The first part gives a general overview of the subject. It elaborates the necessity of rational utilization of land and its significance, the research situation both here and abroad, and the train of thought in this article. The second part is the theoretical basis of rational utilization of land, which briefly describes the category on land's rational utilization and the theory of sustainable development and the ecology. The third part talks the object area from the perspective of position, land form, climate condition and the social economy. The forth part analyzes the whole condition of utilization. Firstly, on the based of sustainable development, it analyzes the structure of utilization, containing the quantitative and spatial structure. Thereafter, it makes an assay of utilization structure of land, which covers the SWOT and the modeling analysis in synusiologic rebuilding area. The fifth part is the countermeasure to the problems existing in the course of land utilization in Juye County. The article shed light on the subsistent problems from the aspects of sustainable development and ecology, besides, it proposal relevant strategy on developing. The sixth part sums up the research results and the features of the article and put forward an assumption of further study.There is a significant meaning in both theory and practice in this article, from which you'll grasp the current situation of land utilization and existing problems and thus be able to explore an effective countermeasure.
