This article takes the Suizhong power plant (in article to be called Suizhong power) as the object of study, to explore the effective method of staff achievements management. In the article, we will mainly adopts methods such as:data analysis, questionnaire survey, comparison research, observation and so on. By analyzing the entire process that Suizhong power introduced the appraisal of the staff achievements and the implements of the achievements management reform, we can make a conclusion. that is: To make the achievements management plan smoothly carried out, we must be sure that the tripartite goal of staffs, the managers and the enterprise is consistent, And whether the achievements management conforms to the enterprise reality ,whether the relative management system existed or not are the keys leading to the effect of the management. The article emphases on demonstrating the question found during the implement and the relative improvement measures, the formation and the application of the new achievements management system, and the contrast effect between the ahead and forward of the reform , as well as the prospect forecast.
