Coupling Of Tourism And Environmental Ecological Safety In Fubao Ancient Town

The graceful environment, primitive appearance, local flavour and well preserved historical remains in small towns catch tourists' eyes. However, the exploitation of tourism in small towns seek short-term successes and quick profits, which causes disorderly exploitation of resources in ancient towns, destroying a great number of resources which cannot regenerate in different degree. In the process of developing tourism, the sustainable development of tour resources has been ignored because of seeking short-term profits as well as focusing on economic profits but ignoring its social effect. Moreover, several ancient towns which own both rich historical and cultural significance and natural scenery suffer serious destroy in their historical remains, cultural appearance as well as ecological environment or involving man-made factors in the exploitation. Consequently, it is significant for the healthy development of tourism in ancient town to analyze and asses the ecological footprint and its ecological present condition, account the tour environmental capacity of ancient town, couples the tourism and environmental and ecological safety and make up efficient environmental protection measures.This thesis takes Fubao town in Luzhou city for instance, monitoring the atmospheric, water and noise environment. It assesses the present condition of environment in Fubao town by means of polluting index by single factor and accounts its ecological footprint. It also forecasts the tendency of its pollution load by math model and couples the tourism and environmental and ecological safety. So it divides ecological land and formulates specific environmental protection measures. this research achieves the following results:Firstly, this thesis monitors the quality of atmospheric, surface water and acoustic environment in Fubao town and assesses the present condition of environment in Fubao town by means of polluting index by single factor. Its result indicates the relative good condition of environmental quality in Fubao town. The main atmospheric pollutants achieve the basic standard; acoustic environment achieves the standard of environmental noise in second area, but traffic noise should be paid attention; three river—Dacao river, Heaven river and Lizi river have a good condition in water quality.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the related materials on ancient town's economy, society and nature, demonstrate the present condition of green cover percentage and soil and water lossassesses and calculates and assesses its ecological footprint by means of math models. The result indicates the ecological deficit in this town is relatively large, which causes by less scale of grass and farm land. However, this town rich in woods and reach 5195.48m~2/ten thousands yuan, which indicates the economic structure and ecological environment reach a certain balance.Thirdly, this thesis forecasts the discharging tendency of atmospheric and water environmental pollutants by math model and calculates the population capacity, water environmental capacity and atmospheric capacity. It discusses the coupling relation between tourism and environmental and ecological safety in Fubao town. The result indicates that there is a relatively enough ecological and environmental capacity in Fubao town and the ecological and environmental safety can be guaranteed in the period of research.Fourthly, this thesis divides the ecological land and points out the related coupling measures involving protecting atmosphere, drinking water sources, ancient scenic spot and natural resources in order to guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of Fubao town in the future.
