Under the background of the Electrical Power Corporation reform,a thorough investigation and analysis to the old client service system of Qingdao Power Company have being done in this work. Combined with the rapidly developed modern calling center technique, relevant theories of project management are employed to study the realization of upgrading reform for the client service system of Qingdao Power Company. This paper has analyzed the management process related to that of project scope and progress; Particularly, consider the stringent time requirement of the client service upgrading, it is mainly focused on the analysis of planning project scope and progress,tracing and control in process,how to analyze offset errors and to correct them; An applicable scheme has been proposed for solving the real problems. |
