Research On Evaluation Of The R&D Team's Growth Of Hi-tech Enterprise

With the development of knowledge economy, the high-tech enterprises are occupying important position gradually and are influencing the national economy to a certain degree. Since the vitality of high-tech enterprises is the R&D development and innovation, R&D team's development and growth actually reflect the potertial of high-tech enterprises.The contents and methodologies of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, through reviewing relevant theories about team, R&D team and growth, using interviews with experts, the paper defines the concepts of the growth of high-tech enterprise's R&D teams and main research fruits of this field. Secondly, based on the interviews with experts, questionnaires and referring to relevant leteratures, the paper aummaries the current status of the growth of high-tech enterprise's R&D teams,constructs the pre-indicator system of the R&D team's growth of high-tech enterprises, and divides the factors which affect the growth of R&D teams into three dimensions, that is the ability to support social environment, the enterprise' ability to offer the platform, and the self-abilities to growing up of R&D team. The reliability and validity of the research instrument are tested with the SPSS13.0 software. Then using AHP, the thesis provids the weights of the indicators and establishes the evaluation model. This thesis presents some suggestions on the growth of R&D teams mainly from the perspective of HRM ability and self-growth ability of teams.This thesis established the evaluation system of R&D team's growth of high-tech enterprises, calculates the weights of indicators and constructs evaluation model, based on literature research, interviews with experts and questionnaire surveys. The paper discusses main indicators that affect the R&D team's growth of high-tech enterprises, explores the needed modifications of R&D enterprises, and presents corresponding reconmmendations, hoping that this thesis can provide some effective theoretical basis and practical advices on the assessment and management of R&D team's growth of high-tech enterprise.
