Informatization And Management Study On High-star Hotels In Zhengzhou

Zhengzhou is an important transportation hub and modern commercial urban in China. In recent years, Zhengzhou hotel industry gets new opportunity and challenges by the rise of the central economic. The biggest one is how to make a development and create competitive advantage by using the information technology which is rapidly developing now. Generally, the informatization construction of Zhengzhou's local high-star (4star and 5star) hotels is still in its infancy at present. With the acceleration of the hotel informatization development, in order to promote the sustainable development, Zhengzhou's high-star hotels must carry on the informatization construction using the information technology according to the hotel's actual situation, through enhances the hotel service ability to enhance competition ability. This paper makes use of theories on information technology science,management science and economics, discusses the current status,problems and related measures of informatization construction and management of Zhengzhou's high-star hotels.This paper is composed of the preface,the six chapters and the conclusion, as follows:Prefaces: This section reviews the application status of information technology at home and abroad, expounds the significance, introduces the mainly research content, research methods and innovation of this issue.Chapter 1: Informatization Construction of the Hotel.
