Based on these analysis, considering the effective insurance supply, I establish the match model between risk and insurance, then get the insurance cost and revenue curve to analyze its economic application, then establish the subway construction risk management procedure and criterion base on insurance, analyzing the effective operation procedure.I want to study and build up an effective risk management model based on insurance in the subway erection is an international and operative topic. It is every useful and valuable to enhance the Chinese companies'risk management compentance and help them to develope the local and international subway erection market.
