China's textile industry is in the best period of development, rapid growth of exports of textile products, stimulating demand for obvious; China's textile industry chain completely and industrial cluster obviously; China's labor resources advantages still exist. But there are still many problems, textile enterprises themselves facing a strong market pressure and challenge; Market demand-driven infrastructure overheating, redundant construction are serious; There are still lacking of resources elements, and other issues at the same time, as a leading heather yarn supplier, HUAFU is same as a lot of rapid growth of Chinese enterprises as it is in an "economy of scale" stage, existed with a risk of "success in the operating, defeat in the management". In such a background of the internal and external information to HUAFU group, how to carry on the layout of information, especially to realize ERP layout to promote "rapid response", "centralized control", "fine and the cost of operating management", promoting enterprise management upgrade is a strategic issue.This present thesis discussed below issues.Analyzing HUAFU group's status in competition and the demand for the information. In the analysis process, analyze HUAFU's strategies characteristics, background of strategies formed, the major challenges faced by HUAFU and information status.Analyzing ERP theory and application of Chinese enterprises.Analyzing HUAFU group's demand for ERP layout, huafu information with the overall planning of the construction of huafu ERP project's objectives, according to many companies operating system, a detailed analysis huafu's information system demands in production management, financial management, sales management, buying management, logistics management and quality management.Focus on analyzing 3 issues: how to use ERP to achieve rapid reaction; how to make use of centralized control of ERP; how to make use of ERP achieve low cost and operational management. ERP layout includes management and information technology, my research is just on management level. Hope some of the conclusions of this paper can provide some useful suggestions for leaders, and also provide a reference for the company's information system.
