Development Countermeasure Thinking Of Hebei Province's Countryside Informatization Construction

Information technology is one main content of the society development in current world, and gradually becomes an obvious age character of the new century, and goes deep into the different fields of society politics,economy and culture. The world has entered into information age. With the gradual perfect of our country's socialist market economic system, especially after entering into WTO, information technology will generate deep and broad infect to our country's the society development. Carrying on quickly informatization's developmental stratagem,promoting the construction of society informatization and using informatization to drive traditional industries will become an important content of society development.This paper discusses the basis definitions and the basis relation of socialist new countryside and informatization, and introduces the actuality of countryside informatization construction in domestic or overseas country, and analyzes the situation of Hebei Province's countryside informatization construction. Hebei Province's agriculture web is developed,the information's quality advanced,the information's resource is mined,the service field is extended. But government and farmer are short of understand informatization,absence devotion,the culture level and the information quality of farmer is low,the construction of agriculture informatization is low. Finally, based on the advanced experience of agriculture informatization development in oversea countries, combined with the practical development situation of countryside informatization in current stage in Hebei Province, this paper proposes stratagem countermeasure of Hebei Province's new countryside informatization construction: (1)Train the persons with ability that adapt the development of socialist new countryside informatization construction; (2) the governments in all levels should bring into play the key function in informatization extend and show farmer's main status;(3) Develop and use resource deeply;(4)Develop new application system.Presently, socialist new countryside construction has become the most important work by our party and government. The informatization developed energetically and advance in all-round in countryside will generate deep infect to the quick and healthy development of our country's socialist new countryside, and provide important guarantee to the construction of well-off society. According to the developmental situation of countryside informatization in Hebei Province, this paper proves the feasibility and necessity of countryside informatization construction in Hebei Province, and proposes some strategies to solve these problems, which have all-round and deep mean to socialist new countryside construction. This aim of this paper is to hope that our research can promote the construction of socialist new countryside construction in Hebei Province in order to rather advance the construction of Hebei Province's well-off society and harmonious society.
