A Study On The Integration Of Physical Distribution And The Routing Optimization About The LMD Of Boloni

As a hot topic of the enterprise, the logistics is"the third profits source". On being informed that the logistics industry has considerable prospects for the development, the government and enterprises are all beginning to explore how to improve the logistics profit, making it an important development industry. By analyzing and studying, it is found that cost in the physical distribution occupies a fairly high proportion of the total cost, thus for the distribution center, a reasonable integration of distribution business process and the routing optimization of logistic distribution can not only simplify the distribution process, reduce delivery frequency, but also more importantly, distribution cost can be reduced and bring greater efficiency, therefore, logistics business integration and the routing optimization of logistic distribution have attracted more and more scholars'attention.The main idea of the thesis is based on an enterprise (Boloni) project, studies the integration of physical distribution and the optimizing of routing problem about the Logistics Management Department of Boloni. First it analyses the current domestic and international status quo about logistic distribution and optimizing vehicle route problem, points out that domestic existing problems on optimizing route, as a theoretical basis for Logistics Management Department of Boloni, made a project group, completely working for this new project about LMD of Boloni, includes mainly two aspects: business integration and optimizing route. According to status quo analysis of Boloni, the specific integration measures will be made, and a new optimizing route model will be select for expected distribution model after business integration, finally, the model will be verified through empirical analysis in order to prove its reasonableness.One of the innovations of this thesis is to combine the actual demand of Boloni and use advanced theory to solve practical problems, such as information-based logistics, VMI(Vendor Management Inventory); Another innovation is to use Genetic Algorithm to solve the model, and improve the primary GA in order to make it more applicable to this study and solve the model more conveniently. So we can say, this study has strong theoretical and practical significance.The thesis sets up the integration blue print and the mode according to the reality and defines the best physical distribution business and the best route from the aspects of economical factors and customer service. It can computerize how to optimize the route of distribution, reduce the cost, and improve the logistic management, response quickly and strength the competitive advantage. So the thesis does make sense in theory and practice.
