Study On Qualitative Simulation For Inspirit Process And Its Spread In Enterprises

The qualitative modelling and simulation of the inspirit dynamics in enterprise is studied in this dissertation. The inspirit dynamics includes the process of employee behavior and inspirit, spread process of inspirit and application of insprit theory. The qualitative simulation, blast theory and Cellular automata are integrated in this dissertation.Firstly, the support fund, aim and meanings of this dissertation are given. The internal and international researches about the inspirit theory, qualitative simulation are overviewed. The meaning and benefit of enterprise inspirit system are presented. At the same time, the blast theory and its applications are also introduced.Secondly, basing on analyzing behavior process of human being, inspirit process qualitative theory etc, the modelling of inspirit process is built. The details of modelling process are discussed. The method of modeling is given.Thirdly, qualitative simulation of inspirit theory in enterprise employee is studied. The example is illustrated. Simulation of inspirit process is achieved using Kuipers, QSIM. The detail steps of simulation are given. The qualitative simulation model of Porter&lawler, inspirit is built. QSIM algorithm is used to achieve the simulation. The siumlation of inspirit process of excutives in enterprise is also achieved using qualitative simulation method.After that, cellular automata (i.e. CA) simulaiton for inpirit spread basing on blast theory is studied. The principles of blast wave and inspirit spread are introduced. The spread mode of inspirit is studied, including the way of inspirit spread within enterprise employee and blast wave within atmosphere. The demolish effect of inspirit spread is simulated by CA. A simulation system is coded using VB6.0. The system is applied to simulation of demolish effect of inspirit spread.At last, the reseach works of this dissertation are summarized. The further reseaches are given.
