Enterprise Open Innovation And Its Mechanism

This thesis studies the enterprise open innovation and its mechanism and provides practice proof to the open innovation theory by analyzing the Huawei Co., Ltd. Case.Firstly, the thesis reviews those theories concerning open innovation, defines open innovation by comparing the closed innovation, summarizes open innovation's character and explains its signification to enterprise development.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the mechanism of open innovation, including the influence factors, its framework, the problem of risk avoiding and intellectual property.At last, it is the case study of Huawei Co., Ltd. Basing on the analysis of Huawei's open innovation path and the summary of its success experience, the thesis maintain that the case study of Huawei can reflect the mechanism of open innovation and prove that the open innovation model is the best innovation model for enterprises in high-tech industry.
