| The management of Telecom investment is becoming the bottleneck of the Telecom Operation management today. And the management of investment is urgent to improve with the fierce environment of Telecom competition. So the standardization and infomationization is the way to solve this problem in the Telecom operation development, and the research of investment business model is the first step.This model is based on consolidation and includsion of current business process management theory, and uses the Value Chain Model for process analysis. Finally the model is built on the eTOM model.And the main research is on the points as follow:1. Bringing in the GRAI infomationization model to clarify the characteristic of decision-making and gradation, and use BPR method to analyze and describe the business of investment management.2. Bringing in the Value Chain Model method to build the value chain of the Telecom investment business, and elaborating its core capability.3. Building the Telecom Investment Business Model from business course and business value on the base of eTOM business Model.Finally applying this model to an example of Chinese Telecom Company. With the comparison of the model and company's investment processes, this paper confirms the effectiveness and direction of this investment business model in the real world. |
