Direct marketing is a reform of marketing place, and has been developed in the various industries in china, in the same time, brings on many firms, such as DELL, Bertelsmann. With the constant improvement in telecommunications competition, the increasingly fierce competition in China's telecommunication industry, the traditional telecommunication business has been inadequate for the needs of economic development. Telecommunication industry need to reinforce the application of direct marketing in the original telecom marketing , via telephone, mail, Internet fully interact with customers, to establish long-term cooperative relations. Telecom direct marketing will be conductive to the development of telecommunication industry.According to advantages and disadvantages of telecom direct marketing, combining the characteristics of telecommunication industry, the paper puts forward specific strategies of telecom direct marketing media; and makes the plan of telecom telephone marketing and telecom internet marketing; proposes some measures of telecom direct marketing other media. China Telecom Direct marketing media should pay attention to database marketing, integration of a variety of media, privacy and marketing costs.
