With China joins in WTO, Chinese Telecommunication Industry further integrates into the world telecommunication market, and develops rapidly. Chinese four major telecom operators all joined the stock market overseas. Imperatively, they will follow an internationalization path. With a background of the growing internationalizing tide and the steep competition of world telecommunication industry, the world telecommunication giant carries on the international expansion. Their entering into Chinese market is inevitable. Thus, studying of the world telecom operator's advanced business management system and market marketing pattern not only provide the Chinese telecommunication with samples and resources, but also help to prepare themselves with the future competition with these telecommunication giants. Through analyzing a Holiday promotion program that the American mobile telecommunication operation, this article discusses the marketing pattern of American telecom operators.This paper main applies the basic theory of Marketing Management, International Marketing, value chain for mobile operators in the United States for the marketing management of micro-level studies. First introduced the oligopoly structure and market characteristics of U.S. mobile communications market, verizon wireless mobile operators in the United States proceeded to the latest mobile marketing programs and family packages dollars Plan for analysis. Through the analysis of these two realities, sums up the U.S. mobile operators in the marketing characteristics, Then on its marketing features, mobile operators in the United States on the design of a marketing application in the Chinese market in the survey questionnaire, and in a certain range of mobile communications users in China carried out a fact-finding mission to recover 100 copies of the survey questionnaires.
