In the last years, with the viewpoint of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) soaring, the traditional approach is taken place by the customer-centric strategy, which adapted the change and development of the globe economic environment. As this reason, many firms and scholars pay more attention to the theory and the method of CRM, which continues popular in the study of managerial decisions and applications of Management Information System.On the basis of the current condition and existing problems of Changsha Shitong Co.Ltd, and by using SWOT analysis, this paper fully analyses this enterprise s industry characteristics and competition environment. The necessity of introducing CRM to Shitong Company is proposed. The author also puts forward the target of establishing CRM and the initial approach and method of establishing CRM system in this company.It is divided into four main parts with the thesis. In the fist part, the context introduces the conception and development; some related theories about CRM, the meanings of implement CRM for company. In the second part, the context introduce the basic condition of Shitong Company, analyze the industry characteristics and competition environment, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of company, introduce the necessity of implement CRM and meanings about it. The papers introduced the plan of Shitong Company how to implement CRM. Imply the key questions of establish customer relationship. How to building the CRM systems of the company, In the third part, introduce the basic conditions and the protection ways.By reading lots of relevant articles and considering the characteristics and the management problems existing in Shitong, the autho仍tries to make some Breakthrough in implementing customer relationship management in the aspect of strategy and method, and provide references for similar medium-small enterprises implementing customer relationship management strategy.
