The paper aims to do a preliminary research on the knowledge sharing system which is established based on trust and the paper works on find a way to effective perform knowledge sharing.The paper adopts the research method of combining case study with theory analysis to analyze the important role of trust in knowledge sharing system, and raises the contemplation of setting up knowledge sharing system based on trust.First of all, the paper makes a brief introduction of the theories regarding trust and knowledge sharing, analyze the function of trust in knowledge sharing system. The paper hereby comes up with the topic of establishing knowledge sharing system based on trust.Secondly, the paper makes analysis of the knowledge sharing status in current enterprises in detail in aspects of the internal communication methods, the organizational structure or system and the common background of employees regarding knowledge sharing. The paper therefore gets the conclusion that the key point for the unsuccessful knowledge sharing inside enterprises is because of the lack of trust. The paper adopts the case study method by summarizing the experience of two enterprises which successfully enforce knowledge sharing and comes up with the conclusion that their advantage is the existence of trust. Trust provides assistance and acts as the guarantee of successfully reinforce knowledge sharing inside enterprises.At last, the paper proposes the internal knowledge sharing system on the basis of trust by using the supportive assistance of trust. The paper also raises the preliminary trust system model.
