Study On The Readjustment Of Village-town Administrative Division Based On Orientation Of Land Use

In recent yeas, it has been carrying on the new administrative division readjustment for villages-town in the whole country. Many local governments have took low administrative cost and high administrative efficiency as basic point in order to promote the economic development. As a result, they often ignore some questions about land use. Therefore, land intensive use has been the common idea under the contradiction between man and land. This paper tried to encourage land intensive use especially for agricultural land, through the administrative division readjustment for villages-town.Based on studying many documents and field survey, this paper studied the administrative division readjustment for villages-town in Jinyun county from the land use view by qualitative and quantitative analysis and theoretical and empirical study. First, it discussed the theoretical foundation about the administrative division readjustment, including local theory, the growth pole theory, scale economy, etc. Second, the paper evaluated the level of land intensive use on every villages-town in Jinyun county and made correlated analysis with the villages-town' scale. Then, it made cluster analysis by SPSS software through choosing eight indexes about land-use conditions, output type of land use, land-use structure and Socio-economy, and make administrative division taking the village-town as unit. On this foundation, finally, we can obtain the results about administrative division readjustment for villages-town in the whole county, by carrying correlation factor analysis.
