The sustainable development program is a lasting that aims at pushing the mankind to get along harmoniously with nature and benefiting future generations, thus it is the common mission for the whole mankind to realize sustainable development. The sustainable development is closely related to agricultural production and development from the moment it was breed to its formal establishment. As agriculture is a relatively risky and weak industry in national economy, the study of agricultural sustainable development is of realistic importance.This essay first explained the basic theory of agricultural sustainable development. Second, it established a evaluation guideline of agricultural sustainable development which based on analysis of the actuality for the agricultural system and assessed the sustainable development of Qingzhen city by systemic evaluation. Third, by construed the result of the evaluation, it concluded the bottlenecks of sustainable development as followings: the deterioration of the environment, the severe drain of the fertile soil, The decrease of infield area, the deficiency of the agricultural organization, the lack of deviation of agriculture, the difficulty of transfer for the surplus labor force in the country , the severity of natural calamities and so on. To aim at these limiting factors, the author gave a exact solution of sustainable development to the Qingzhen city such as : fortify the protection and unitize of natural resources and environment , more investment for agricultural, regular the structure of agricultural industry, accelerate the development of agri-industry management, improving the ability against with natural calamity...
