With the development of Internet and enterprise scale extends, network warehouse logistics system becomes an important way for an enterprise to reduce logistics cost and raise the level of customer service, many enterprises take the network logistics system as a crucial job. How to manage, control and cooperate become successful key of above-mentioned system.At first, this thesis analyzes the important meaning of establishing network warehouse logistics system based on B/S mode for the enterprises that possesses several warehouses all over the country. It expatiates the difference between network warehouse and traditional warehouse, network warehouse system and traditional warehouse system from several aspects. This thesis gives various bar code structure of material, goods location, tray in the system and explains the meaning of each digit in the bar code structure in detail.This thesis studis optimized arithmetic of raw material save areas that take inventory turnover as basal principle, and computes respectively the conveying distance of each kind of material in the case of storing on inventory turnover and random storing monthly. Computational results indicate that although some separate material' s conveying distance on inventory turnover bigger than at random deposit, but add up of all materials the total distance far small than in random deposit, which can save ten times roads. This thesis provides a theoretic basis for storing on inventory turnover. That is the rightcreative point of this thesis.In the end, this thesis elaborated the design and realization ofTungKong network warehouse system。 It analyses customer' s need and the business process under the network environment;The system' s realization adoptsis SQL Server database and ASP.NET dynamic Web application program development technology.It uses C# language and takes B/S as application mode to implement main functions of the system and summarizes various problems and solutions during the process of developing program. It should be pointed out that this thesis provides reference for corporations to construct network information system of warehouse logistics.
