Research On Conforming Management System Of Quality, Environment, Professional Health And Safety In Tian Jin Long-Distance Telecommunications Service Bureau

Tian Jin Long–Distance Telecommunications Service Bureau is a subordinating special Bureau of Tian Jin Telecomunications Service Corporation.It is subordinated to China Net Group Corporation limited .It is one of the large state–owned correspondence enterprise.The Long- Distance Telecomunications Service Bureau has acted in accordance with Tian Jin CNC instruction carrying out GB/T19000-2000 quality management standard promulgated by nation and constructing Quality Management System according to standard on July,2000.We have passed examination consideration and gained authentication certificate on May 12,2001.In order to strengthen enterprise management and enhance cohesion and competition ,we carried out GB/T14000 and GB/T28000 Standard promulgated by nation and constructing Environment System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System that we passed examination consideration and gained authentication certificate on December, 2002 .The Long–Distance Telecommunications Service Bureau establishs quality management system model adopted GB/T 9000 national standard that it ganrantees customs satisfied with products quality and focuses on custum′s needing ;The model of environment management system is applied GB/T 14000 rank national criterion to protect environment and cut down resources; The model of safety health management adopt international criterion GB/T 28000 which intention is to improve with professional safety sanitary condition of staffs and to raise them healthy standards.If the three systems are partly employed that can cause function intersection,process repeating,resource waste and less efficiency in working.It should be based on quality management system that it is effectively in conformity with environment management system and the professional health management system,which should strengthen basement management further ahead to raise working efficiency .This essay base on the statuesque of the three management system and existential problems of The Long–Distance Service Bureau that I employ many research methods to resolve them.For instantce,the method of data inquiry,investigation,talking missions and case analyzing and etc..I engaged in research quality,environment and occupational health safety management system conformity while I expound systematically and formally the project design,implement processs and anticipation result that it lays the foundation well in order to improve basement management and strengthen the core competitiveness.All of this is an event of great consequence of setting up modern enterprise institution and guaranteeing enterprise developing correctly and uninterruptedly.
