The Study Of Logistics Under E-commerce

With the wide popularity of Internet, E-commerce is the informative outcome of 20`s century springing up vigorously. China is a developing country and logistics starts at a late and low level, so we do not have modern logistics that can support E-commerce. How to raise logistics level efficiently is the key to the development pace of Chinese E-commerce. Well, E-commerce brings new chances to it. Therefore, new strategic aims and guiding principles should be established to further the reform of logistics through systematic and technological innovation. E-commerce should be used to reform the system of logistics and modern logistic principles should be applied to the development of China's logistics so that a logistic pattern with Chinese characteristics could be constructed.In this thesis, domain research results both at home and abroad about logistics are summarized, and theory research case analysis and quantity model are regarded as the means of studying. According to the current situation of the logistics industry of our country, the discussions are expanded on how to use E-commerce means to raise performance of logistics management and how to correct to choose the logistics development model of our country. Then, the principal components analytic method is used to construct logistics enterprise competitive power appraisal model. Finally, Haier logistics as the case, the concrete application of E-commerce and different logistics mode synthesis application are elaborated.Through the research on logistics management under E-commerce, the author has the following viewpoints: development on logistics industry under E-commerce is the era's need, the E-commerce rapid development, to our country logistics industry, not only is the challenge, also is the opportunity, we should hold opportunity and confront the challenge. In the research process, the massive achievements which formerly studied are profited, and two innovations are put forward: newly classification about logistics modes, including entity logistics, hypothetical logistics and extent logistics, and mainly studying on the entity logistics. On logistics enterprise competitive appraisal, improved principal components analytic method is used.
