| The eco-agriculture planning is the overall plan and regional plan in order to constitute an eco-agriculture construction plan aimed at the realization of the recent, medium-term and long-term high efficient, sustaining, steady and harmonious development of the rural economy in the experimental area of the construction of ecological agriculture within certain scope according to local resources, environmental conditions and the the social-economy conditions and following the principles of eco-economics and the harmonious development between environment and economy.The eco-agriculture plan in Gaochun County was made base the on the outlines of ecological city plan and eco-agriculture plan made the national in this paper. The research confirmed the configuration of eco-economical system, the functional characters and the analysis of the main eco-economic problems in the agricultural system of Gaochun County. And it also confirmed the developing aims for the construction of eco-agriculture to promote the transition from the traditional agricultural economy to the resource-oriented, knowledge-oriented and network-oriented high efficient eco-agriculture. The research brought forward the main ecological, economic and social indexes of the recent, medium and long term, the eco-agriculture construction rationalization. The main tasks of eco-agriculture construction were upgrade of agricultural industry structure, the development of eco-agriculture industrialization, the choice of eco-agriculture projects, the design and rationalization of the eco-agriculture patterns with the relevant technology. And it also put forward the countermeasures of eco-agriculture development, which mainly included the transformation of agricultural production, the popularization of the new technology patterns of eco-agriculture, the upgrade of farm products, the development of farm products processing industry, the actualization of prospering through science and technology and the transformation of the rural life style. |
