The modernistic enterprises are confronted with the tremendous commercial competitive pressure. The conventional pyramidal histology structure already haven't accommodated with this competitive environment. The academe and the managed practice both are prevailing the comolanate and network histology structure. But there are some abuses, such as increasing the managing control flow, too Utopian humanistic hypothesis. Considering these, the trustful ambience in organization is positeve related with the organizational members'communication, collaboration and subordinate- supervisor managing control flow which more can advance the personal performance and the organizational performance in organization.The paper has introduced the related concept of trust and organizational trust at first. On the basis of drawing lessons form past research results, it has searched after the formative mechanism, and induced the holistic dimensions of the organization trust, and ascended the antecedents and outcomes by right of the dimensions as the masterstroke. The antecedents of trust have some differences in view of the differences of eastern culture and western culture, as exploring and establishing the antecedents may provide accurate and rational gist for measuring organizational trust in the Chinese Ventures; and exploring and establishing the outcomes may provide academic direction for improving an organizational performance.Then, the paper has put forward the theoretic hypotheses that each dimension's the antecedents are the primary affected factors. The empirical test's zetetic object is the employee in high technology enterprises. It has validated former hypotheses and carried through the taxis of the significance by using the SPSS. Finally, the theory and empirical study's conclusions have forward some countermeasure proposals to enterprises'managing practice from three facets and hoped to build trustful atmosphere which more can create competitive superiority in modernistic enterprises.
