A Study On The Dysfunction Of Current Guide Management System To Guides In Our Country

Tour guide is an important human resource in tourism industry. With the economical internationalization and globalization our national tourism development is a part of the global development. The modernization of management of tour guide HR symbolizes the modernization and internationalization of our tourism management. Effective system of tour guide management is so important for the growth of national tourism management, that the government and the tourism company have done a great deal of work to order the tour guide HR market and have made great progress. On the other side, the system has some gaps that can not control the currently tour guide group. Therefore it is necessary to research the reasons why the system does not work smoothly and which measures can be improved. Under this background, the paper probes into the Chinese tour guide management system from the angel of government and the tourism organizations and classify the failures in the system in order to study the improving measures and suggestions of the current management system. This paper is made up of 4 parts. Part 1 is the preface, which has a brief introduction of the related researches on the tour guide management system, the goal, the methods and the structure of this paper. Part 2 reveals the tour guide system and its function from the level of government also from the tourism company. Part 3 analyzes the silkiness of the current system also from the level of government and the tourist company. Part 4 the improving measures and suggestions are given.
