In recent years, with the reform and development in telecommunication industry in China, Tele marketing gets more and more challenging and competitive which leads to more focuses on VIP customer Management. How to keep leadership and make full use of its advantage among its peers is a key issue for CNC Shandong Branch. The effective way is to improve the management in VIP. Although the Tele industry in China has a history of over 100 years, it began marketing in 2000. It is emergent for all the Tele agents to make more efforts on the management of VIP as well as for CNC Shandong Branch. There are some problems accompanied with the development of marketing: lack of basement for VIP information management and lack of management system. It is a vital step for CNC Shandong Branch to set up VIP information management system in face of the marketing Based on the present conditions in Tele industry, the pros of CNC Shandong Branch, and the VIP characters of CNC Shandong Branch, this research put forwards a plan of VIP management system for CNC Shandong Branch.There are six chapters in this research. Chapter 1 is introduction. Chapter 2 is a review on the customer relationship theories and CRM information system. There is a brief assessment of the character of Tele industry and an analysis of the development and marketing in Tele line in Chapter 3. In Chapter 4 there is a research on the present conditions of the VIP management system and the customer relationship, in which the author points out the existed problems and makes a deeper probe for the relations with other Tele agents. Chapter 5 includes a detailed plan of CRM system and a carry-out program for CNC Shandong Branch. The last part in Chapter 6 gives a blueprint of the VIP management system and CRM in CNC Shandong Branch.After research and analysis on the Tele conditions in Shandong, the researcher put forwards originally the CRM system plan and a carry-out program by choosing the scientific theories and methods of practice with theories, quantity with quality analysis, which has been proved practical and efficient.China Netcom: China Network Communications Corporation (CNC)...
