Nowadays, the economy of various countries links together closely, influences and interdepends each other increasingly, which makes the economic globalization be an inevitable trend, and promotes the constitution and development of the economic integration through the international market. The economy of various countries, and the various kinds of industries and companies as the carriers of the economy operation, in this process, must participate into the international division and cooperation, and the international competitions along with it before they can maintain their own survival and development. Thus the status of the world economy shows from above as an intricate interactive pattern. Under the diverse background, the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation and the interactions between them have become the inscape of the global economy and the economic communication in different countries, and play a very important role in the world economy, and especially benefit to the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) with financing problems. Consequently it's necessary for us to do some study in depth on the interactions between the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation.This paper, combining the business characters of the financial leasing industry and the author's rich management experience in such industry, and being based on many materials and documents of the relevant theory research, lays strong emphasis on the study of the problem of the interactions between the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation. In the first part of the paper, it mainly discusses the interactive background of the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation; and it briefly discloses the trend of the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation, the favorable opportunity and the objective requirements of the interactions between them according to the development of our country's economy, so that we can built the cognition of the interactions between them upon the correct mastering the objective historical condition. Thus we can enhance the consciousness of promoting the interactions between them to the extent the economical rules require us to follow up with. In the third part, the paper outlines the essential requirements for strengthening the interactions between the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation, and brings forth the related countermeasures to the prominent issues of the financial leasing and the company's multinational operation, so that we achieve such good effect as promoting the interactions earnestly the in practice.According to the above analysis and discussions, the paper tries to broaden the globalizing horizon of and strengthen the international competitive ability of the domestic companies and the financial leasing industry. By improving the interactions between them, we can make a great contribution to the sustainable, fast, and healthy development of our country's economy.
