The Research Of Bank Of Communications On Bancassurance Strategy

The thesis firstly gave a general introduction regarding bancassurance and it's development history within and out of China. It further analyzed the background and reason for the production of this business and the specific cooperation model. Also the paper introduced the general outline of the bancassurance business, primary cooperation models and relevant successful experiences in Europe and Asia.Based on the above academic research, the author used Bank of Communications as example to carry out a case-analysis of bancassurance business development strategy. After finding out the problems regarding bancassurance business of the bank, the author gave the relevant solutions to the bank , including cooperation model, production research and development, sales model creation, salary system,Training,information Technique and others and accordingly comes to his own proposal and idea for the further development of Bank of Communications.
