With the constant improvement of agricultural productivity level of our country and the enormous change of domestic and international markets, the agricultural economy of our country has entered a whole new stage with obvious characteristic. The outstanding contradiction in agricultural economy and agricultural structure of different areas request to carry on the structure adjustment of the agricultural in time according to one's own resource advantage and economic current situation.At present, agriculture and rural area have been faced with a lot of problems and contradiction ,most of which are the difficulty of increasing farmer's income. The problem of rural area economy structure presents: the development of rural area industry isn't in harmony; the structure of product's quality isn't optimum; the framework of industry isn't reasonable; the structure of supply and need isn't adaptive; the urbanization and industrialization isn't in agreement; the economy development of different regions isn't balance.AnKang city lies in the south of Shaanxi Province, its agricultural resource advantage is obvious in the district, but its social productivity level is low, natural conditions are relatively bad. Recent years, with many adjustments, the agriculture industry has been improved. However, the traditional agriculture frame has not changed ultimately. The benefit of agriculture is low , which can't fit with the development of agriculture and need to induce the degree of innovation of agriculture industry structure to utilize fully resources and increase farmer's income.
