Current world is the world while improving. Current China is China while improving. Global economic integration and medical industrial policy of our country have brought enormous influence to whole medical trade even more. After GMP authentication, there are many problems in pharmacy enterprise of 4000 more than generally. For example, small, short of fund, the financing channel is not smooth and the network sold lags behind, products competition with weak advantage. So at present the medicines agency's system is the main sales model adopted in medicines marketing. We studied the medicines agency's system of pharmacy enterprises this text, used the theory tool of new system economics (Theory of the trade expenses and Trust and agency's theory), analytical method compared with, method to prove for example, theory combine with practical experience, to prove the validity and expansibility of the medicines agency's system. Then we analyzed the parties' various manifestations and sources of the contradiction to which our pharmacy enterprise adopt the medicines agency's system to lead. And bring forward innovation of the medicines agency's system. The purpose of this text was to try to offer the guidance function for marketing work of pharmacy enterprises through theory tool should be combined with the difficult problem in practice. From the content point view, the medicines marketing environment has been analyzed t in the first place this text. Put forward the marketing difficult problem that pharmacy enterprises must face. Through used the theory of new system economics to study the validity and expansibility of the medicines agency's system, compared the medicines agency's system with self-built marketing network in trade expenses (cost). And we declared that the medicines agency's system was in effect and could continue to be improved. In this text, we continue analyzing that contradiction between both parties comes to follow the medicines agency's system, carried on the discussion to the method of resolving contradiction finally. We think pharmacy enterprises should change the thinking of marketing actively, should utilize the medicines agency's system effectively by innovation that marketing organize in order to acting as much as possible to lower our costs. We hoped agent (dealer) become admit enterprise strategic partner of strategic objective, which would change fluffy cooperation into the close contract between both parties. It makes that pharmacy enterprises improve the competitive power and achieve the goal of standing firm in the fierce market competition and developing steadily.
