This thesis try to discuss the marketing strategy of China Mobile and China Unicom in the follow way, using management, marketing, consumer psychics, etc, as well as their adjustment tactics of marketing in the coming 3G era. At present, the domestic mobile communications industry is in the state of oligarchic monopoly, at the same time, China Mobile has the absolute advantage. This dissertation illustrated the mobile operators' present strategies, the process of china mobile communications, the developing state of data operation, the course of channel developing, mobile operators' strategy modification in the coming 3G era, etc. The paper emphasized particularly on marketing strategy and marketing transformation, also, it focused on exquisite marketing ideas, idiographic marketing tactics, and the importance of creative marketing.Analyzed from the competition, the dissertation depicted present competitive state and the competition in the coming 3G era of China Mobile and China Unicom in detail. Consequently, put forward marketing strategy, channel strategy, marketing creation, data operation developing of china mobile operators.
