Study Of Quality Supervision In Coal Construction Project

By analyzing and investigating the foundation works in the construction project quality supervision station to implement the coal construction project quality supervision in Feicheng coal mine area and so on, through consulting to massive literature materials, this paper has carried on the exploration and the innovation to our country's coal construction project quality supervision pattern according to the questions which exist currently in our country's coal construction project quality supervision process.Through analyzing a pure mode of coal construction project system , This paper determines the reality that the entropy naturally increases in the system and constructs the construction project dissipation structure system . It proposes that our country's project quality supervision system as the negative entropy input, should be reformed to solve the deep level contradictory in the system induced by entropy increase and to enhance the level of the coal construction project quality supervision unceasingly.To research government macroeconomic complete control, through the X, Y theory research, this paper finds that the government macroeconomic complete control can be realized by two aspects of the system construction and the makings construction. As the compulsory restraint standard, the system construction must be unceasingly perfected, but the makings construction mainly manifests itself in enlightenment and guidance of human's consciousness domain. They complement one another indispensably. This paper thinks that the coal construction project quality supervision has to depend upon beforehand preventing supervision, supervision in matter and supervision after matter to guarantee, and the key point is beforehand preventing supervision. Beforehand preventing supervision is mainly proceeded from four essential factors: the human, the engineering material, the equipment, the job practice.
