Study On Urban Constructive Land Suitability Evaluation

As the basis of land planning and management, land suitability evaluation has been always paid attention to. But in a long period, land suitability evaluation located at agricultural land, not at constructive land. This dissert focused on the phenomenon of unreasoning expansion in constructive land in the process of urbanization, for the purpose of constructive land planning and management, discussed the theory and method of constructive land suitability evaluation.This paper was adhering to the principle of integrating theory with practice, based on the fieldwork and correlative literature, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The main contents are as follows:Part one was fundamental t concept component. It mainly defined the connotation of constructive land and suitability evaluation in constructive land .It also discussed the academic bases, such as system theory, sustainable development theory, land economics theory, and so on.Part two was urban constructive land use system. In this part, operational mechanism for sustainable use in urban constructive land was discussed.Furthermore, it studied on character, principle, procedure and model of constructive land suitability evaluation.Part three was indicator system. Based on the synthetical analysis above, the paper took a plenty of factors into account to set the indicator system, such as natural condition, the engineering specification, societal and zoology condition.Moreover, the indicator filtrating and indicator standardization in suitability evaluation were studied.Part four was referred to weight. It conducted an investigation in determination of weight in suitability evaluation.
